At Private Pixel, we prioritize the security of your device from the moment it leaves our hands until it reaches your door. Our shipping protocols are designed to ensure a chain of custody that protects your privacy and investment.
1. Domestic Shipping (USA & Territories)
We provide Free Standard Shipping for all domestic orders within the United States and its territories.

Security Protocol: To ensure you receive your device safely, all outbound shipments—including new phone purchases and "Flash-My-Pixel" service returns—are sent via Certified Mail (or equivalent) and require a Signature upon Delivery.

Processing Time: New device orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. For our "Flash-My-Pixel" service, your device will be flashed and shipped back within 3 business days of receipt.
2. International Shipping
We are proud to serve the global privacy community. However, please note:

International Fees: A flat-rate international shipping and handling fee will be applied to all orders outside the USA.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their home country.

Security: All international shipments include tracking and require signature confirmation where supported by the local carrier.
3. New Service: "Flash-My-Pixel" (Mail-In)
We now offer a professional installation service for customers who already own a compatible Google Pixel device.

How it Works: We provide a pre-paid, insured shipping label for you to send your compatible Pixel to our San Antonio facility.

Service Fee: We charge a flat fee for the professional installation of GrapheneOS and the secure return of your device.

Inbound Security: We strongly recommend that you back up and factory reset your device before shipping. All mail-in devices must be sent using our provided label to ensure they are tracked and require a signature upon arrival at our facility.

Free Round-Trip Shipping: This service includes free shipping both to and from our location for domestic customers.
4. 14-Day Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Condition Requirement: To be eligible for a full refund, the Private Pixel device must be returned in "Good Condition" (no physical damage, screen cracks, or water damage).

Domestic Returns: We provide a free return shipping label for all domestic returns.

International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly encourage international customers to use Certified Mail with Signature Confirmation. Refunds will only be issued once we have confirmed receipt of the device in good condition.

Service Fees: Please note that the labor fee for the "Flash-My-Pixel" installation service is non-refundable once the service has been performed.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, or if the device arrives physically damaged, please contact us at PrivatePixelStore@gmail.com within 48 hours. Because we require a signature for all deliveries, we will work directly with the carrier to investigate any discrepancies in the chain of delivery.
