1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website www.privatepixel.store ("the Site") and purchasing products from Private Pixel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.
2. Non-Affiliation Disclosure
Private Pixel is an independent reseller and service provider.

Google / Alphabet Inc.: Private Pixel is in no way associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with Google or the Google Pixel brand. "Pixel" and "Google" are trademarks of Google LLC.

GrapheneOS Project: Private Pixel is not affiliated with the GrapheneOS project, its developers, or its foundation. We utilize their open-source operating system to provide a service, but we do not represent the project or its official views.
3. Privacy & Security Disclaimer
While Private Pixel provides devices pre-installed with GrapheneOS to enhance user privacy and security, we do not guarantee total or absolute privacy.

End-User Responsibility: Digital privacy is a multifaceted discipline. The ultimate security of the device depends on the end user’s behavior, including but not limited to: the apps installed, the networks joined, and the operational security (OPSEC) practices maintained by the user.

No "Silver Bullet": No device can protect a user from all forms of surveillance, targeted attacks, or user-initiated data leaks. Private Pixel provides the tools, but the user is responsible for the implementation.
4. Software & Modifications
The devices sold on this Site are modified by installing GrapheneOS, an open-source third-party operating system.

Functionality: Some standard "out-of-the-box" features found on stock Google Pixel devices (such as certain Google Play Services or proprietary AI features) may be limited, modified, or entirely absent to maintain privacy standards.

Updates: Users are responsible for maintaining and updating the software via the official GrapheneOS update channels provided on the device.
5. Limitation of Liability
Private Pixel shall not be held liable for any data loss, security breaches, legal issues, or hardware failures resulting from the use of GrapheneOS or the modification of the original device firmware. Under no circumstances shall Private Pixel be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Warranty & Returns
Due to the custom nature of the software installation:

Hardware: We pass through any remaining manufacturer hardware warranties where applicable, though installing custom software may affect original manufacturer support.

Returns: Returns are accepted within [Insert Number, e.g., 14] days of receipt, provided the device is in original physical condition. A restocking fee may apply.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
